1Shot Public Infrastructure Terms
Effective Date: August 7, 2026
These Public Infrastructure Terms are an agreement between 1Shot API, Inc. (“1Shot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or entity accessing or using 1Shot-hosted public infrastructure (“you”). They govern permissionless hosted services such as the public relayer, gas sponsorship, public endpoints, transaction-routing services, and infrastructure supporting embedded wallets (collectively, the “Public Infrastructure”).
These Terms are conditions of the limited, revocable permission 1Shot grants to access its hosted systems. By accessing or using the Public Infrastructure after receiving notice of these Terms, you accept them. If you act for an entity, you represent that you may bind it. If you do not accept these Terms, you have no permission to use the Public Infrastructure.
1. Ecosystem Documents
These Terms govern hosted infrastructure, not source code distributed under an open-source license. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Registered Developer Services are also governed by the Developer Terms. A person who creates or uses a wallet through a 1Shot-provided wallet interface is also governed by the Wallet End User Terms. The Privacy Policy describes 1Shot's information practices. A signed Commercial Integration Agreement may modify these Terms for the signing parties.
If documents conflict, the more specific applicable document controls: a signed Commercial Integration Agreement for a signing partner; Wallet End User Terms for a wallet user; Developer Terms for registered Developer Services; these Terms; the Acceptable Use Policy; then documentation. A transaction-specific quote or disclosure controls only the transaction details it expressly identifies and does not modify unrelated legal terms.
2. Permission to Use
Subject to these Terms, 1Shot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable permission to access and use the Public Infrastructure for lawful purposes through supported interfaces and in accordance with published technical limits. This permission does not grant rights in source code, trademarks, private documentation, or nonpublic systems.
You may build applications that interoperate with the Public Infrastructure. You remain responsible for your application, smart contracts, users, transactions, disclosures, regulatory status, and compliance.
3. Permissionless Access
The Public Infrastructure may be available without registration, approval, credentials, or guaranteed identity. Permissionless access does not create an obligation to continue any endpoint, network, feature, subsidy, fee, or level of service. It does not prevent 1Shot from applying technical, legal, security, sanctions, geographic, rate, or abuse controls.
No support, service level, uptime commitment, exclusivity, or capacity reservation applies unless stated in a signed Commercial Integration Agreement.
4. Wallet and End-User Relationship
An integration must preserve the 1Shot-controlled wallet clickwrap and links when 1Shot provides them. An integrator may present its own terms and privacy notice, but may not remove, obscure, preselect, or alter 1Shot's Wallet End User Terms, Privacy Policy, fee quote, transaction confirmation, or delegation disclosure.
An integrator is responsible for its own end-user relationship, application, statements, collection of information, goods and services, agents, merchants, payees, refunds, and legal obligations. It may not represent that 1Shot is its merchant, seller, custodian, broker, adviser, guarantor, or endorser.
5. Security and Credentials
You must protect credentials and integrations; use least privilege; validate networks, addresses, methods, parameters, permissions, and amounts; rotate compromised credentials; and promptly contain vulnerabilities or unauthorized activity. Do not place private keys, recovery secrets, authorization tokens, or other secrets in public code, URLs, logs, support messages, or unnecessary request fields.
You may not probe, test, or attempt to bypass security except under 1Shot's written security-testing authorization.
6. Agents and Delegated Authority
If an application or agent acts under delegated wallet authority, you must clearly disclose the actor and scope, obtain the wallet user's authorization, use reasonably narrow limits and expiration, provide a practical revocation method, and prevent action outside the displayed authority. You are responsible for the agent, application, instructions, and configuration attributable to you.
7. Fees and Gas Sponsorship
1Shot may charge or subsidize transaction costs as disclosed through the applicable interface or documentation. Where a wallet user receives a transaction quote, the Wallet End User Terms and the displayed quote govern that transaction. Public access does not guarantee continued free gas, sponsorship, pricing, or supported tokens.
8. Acceptable Use and Compliance
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable sanctions, export-control, anti-corruption, privacy, consumer-protection, financial-services, and other laws. You represent that you are not a sanctioned person and are not accessing the Public Infrastructure from a jurisdiction where the access is prohibited. You may not use a virtual private network, proxy, false information, or other circumvention technique to evade a geographic, sanctions, security, or legal restriction.
Technical labels such as public, permissionless, embedded, non-custodial, or decentralized do not determine the legal classification of your activity. You are responsible for determining whether your use requires licensing, registration, identity verification, transaction monitoring, disclosures, or other controls.
9. Public Blockchains and Third Parties
The Public Infrastructure depends on public blockchains, RPC and indexing providers, validators, sequencers, smart contracts, tokens, bridges, issuers, verifiers, key-management systems, and other third parties. Their terms, privacy notices, fees, and restrictions may apply. 1Shot may add, replace, restrict, or discontinue a dependency and does not control, endorse, or guarantee its security, availability, order, finality, accuracy, value, legality, performance, or continued operation.
Blockchain transactions may be public, permanent, delayed, reordered, replaced, reverted, or irreversible. 1Shot generally cannot cancel, freeze, modify, recover, or erase a transaction after submission.
10. Privacy and Data
The Privacy Policy describes 1Shot's handling of personal information. You must provide your own legally required notices and obtain your own consents for information you collect or receive. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, host domains, and related activity are pseudonymous and may be personal information.
11. Changes, Controls, and Suspension
1Shot may change, rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or discontinue Public Infrastructure for security, abuse, legal, sanctions, capacity, maintenance, third-party dependency, or product reasons. Where practical, 1Shot will avoid unnecessary disruption, but permissionless access carries no continuity guarantee.
12. Intellectual Property
1Shot and its licensors own the hosted services, nonpublic systems, documentation, and branding. Open-source code remains governed by the license attached to that code. If you provide feedback, you grant 1Shot a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or payment and without publicly identifying you without permission.
13. Disclaimers
THE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1SHOT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 1SHOT DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR CONTINUED OPERATION OR ANY PARTICULAR BLOCKCHAIN, TRANSACTION, TOKEN, FINANCIAL, REGULATORY, OR TAX RESULT.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1SHOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, DIGITAL ASSETS, OR OPPORTUNITIES.
1SHOT'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO 1SHOT FOR THE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR US$100. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify 1Shot and its affiliates, officers, directors, and personnel from third-party claims arising from your application, content, smart contracts, user relationship, unlawful use, infringement, fraud, breach of these Terms, or agent, wallet, permission, or transaction configuration. 1Shot will provide prompt notice and reasonable cooperation, and you may control the defense subject to 1Shot's right to participate and a prohibition on settlements admitting fault or imposing nonmonetary obligations on 1Shot without consent.
16. Governing Law and Forum
Delaware law governs these Terms, excluding conflict rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, and each party consents to those courts, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any court with jurisdiction. The Wallet End User Terms govern dispute resolution for an individual wallet user.
17. General
These Terms do not create a partnership, fiduciary, agency, employment, banking, escrow, or joint-venture relationship. You may not assign these Terms without consent; 1Shot may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the relevant business. Invalid provisions will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder remains effective. No failure to enforce is a waiver.
1Shot may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where practical. Notices to 1Shot must be sent to info@1shotapi.com and 1Shot API, Inc., 2108 N St #4922, Sacramento, CA 95816, United States.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A CLAIM ARISING FROM THE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE OR THESE TERMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER IT ACCRUES OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
